The Stamper SAFE7 protocol was developed to simplify safety by focusing on the seven behaviors that have the greatest impact on preventing serious injuries. Together, these principles create a common language for safety, reinforce accountability, and help ensure every employee returns home safely at the end of each day. By embracing SAFE7, we demonstrate that protecting our people is our highest priority and the driving force behind our long-term success.
